So, I've been dealing with a conquerer at the door. He rose in north africa and can attack me in an instant. Around me There is a pretty strong french empirem Aquitaine kingdom and the byzantine empire. Although the latter is in decline from both the european and anatolian sides. I am playing ironman and don't want to ruin my run.

I cannot get any strong enough allies and my army is 1/5ft of thairs. So I am contemplating submitting to a larger empire. Any tips, is my idea any good?

Good day. I will be heading to berlin for a Rum festival. I struggle with finding information about the Masterclasses beeing held and where to book. since it is the first time attending I can not really draw from previous experiences. I am a big fan of a veriety of rum and love to learn more.

I would love to hear your experiences, tips and most of all informatin about the masterclasses being held. I'll be there the whole weekend :)

I am trying to read more and detox from my phone. I want to be able to read in my work breaks. and on holliday. Long books don't hold my attention and motivation so I'll limit to around 200 pages or shorter. I read dutch and english. Books I enjoyed and finished. machiavelli's the prince, Gallica, A guide to rum and a nice dutch book about a roadtrip of 3 siblings to a meteor sight in germany. Which was refreshing.

So I've like roadtrips. And I am looking into a trip to the caribean. I am looking for tips, cheap connections or accomodation that would make the trip more accesible. The island in the southeast of the caribbean have ferries between them that do not seem that expansive. I am looking for this kind of info to help me on my way. Thanks in advance

I'd love to know some easy cocktails I can quickly whip up. I am loomong for coctails or mix drinks with around 3 to 4 ingedients and easy to make. Think of a daiqiri or a dark and stormy (without the colour devide). I like more sour drinks my gf likes sweet and herbal. I have a lot of wild estery runs like jamaican, haitian, mexican. But also foursquare, flor de cana and stuff.

I am looking to learn more about guyanese rum and its note. I am more of an unsweetened high ester drinker so I am looking for an unsweetend or at least sweetend little as possible. I am based in europe and would like to pick up some stuff for reasonable prices if possible. Reasonable being about around 50 to 80 euros. Cheaper is always welcome lol.
