Why doesn't someone (who can afford it) buy a riverfront deriliect property, build a modern villa based on traditional architecture, and live in it or list it on Airbnb- with a nice garden and a small viewing platform overlooking the river? What are the cons? Does the Jhelum smell?

And my father turned to the people in the bus and said on Kashmiri, 'What's this man saying?' And they laughed and they said, 'He's saying that you're a foreigner.' And my father said, 'But I'm speaking to you and he can't speak to you. He's the foreigner, not me.' And they laughed at that."
