brand new to sheds. thoughts on finishing and venting this?
we're rebuilding most of this 12x20 shed, replacing rotted/infested floor and studs but keeping the foundation frame and as much of the roof as possible. the ends of the gable are coming down for sure but we're at a loss for how to vent and seal it. we'll be insulating (with rockwool) and drywalling and the hope is to have a solar powered ceiling fan/light and a couple windows for some air.
no one can agree on if it's worth trying to make it an "attic" with storage space, or if insulated drywall between the rafters with exposed cross beams is better/easier. and there's contention on if we need powered vents or just a bigger version of the cheap stationary ones.
hope that makes sense and isn't too convoluted. we've done minor home repairs but we're noobs here. any help is appreciated, there's no such thing as over explaining.
