Did the first LTR utilizing QT6 (4.0 and above) drop today or am I reading the roadmap wrong?

I would like some suggestions for books that would likely be available through my local library. I’ve never read romance or romantasy before and I’d like to give it a try. I enjoy fantasy so I think that genre would be my first choice, but I’m open to suggestions. I also like historical period books. Doesn’t have to be a male POV or specifically geared towards men. Nothing with sexual violence, please. The smuttier the better.
