We've seen a lot of mixed feedback about how r/kpoopheads has evolved this year, but not from everyone. Consider this post a safe space where you can share your uncensored thoughts about what is and isn't working well in this sub.

We're interested to know: How you feel about this sub, its mods, the rules and/ or the content.

OR... you can ask the mods questions about the sub, moderation, the rules, or content. We'll do our best to respond.

We'll pin this post for 7 days, before locking it. After this, please allow us time to work out how we proceed from your feedback.

Rule 1: Be respectful and follow reddiquette

The Reddit AI bot does NOT jop.

• Do not use hate speech if/ when commenting about a protected characteristic (race, belief, sexuality, gender, gender re-assignment, sexual orientation, disability etc)
• Do not bully, harass or be disrespectful
• DMs and even modmails can ALL be read by Reddit AI.

Some of you have already received warnings or bans from Reddit Sunbaenim. This is outside of Mod control. Mods will remove offensive comments and even ban if serious.

Rule 2: No idol hate

• If you're in the snark sub for an idol, you are FORBIDDEN from jopping about them
• Instigating fanwars is prohibited.

Any posts or comments that can be interpreted as criticism, will be removed with potential ban for repeat offenders. We don't CARE which fandom, we just don't want the drama-ma-ma-ma-ma.

Rule 3: Keep things PG-13

We have minors in this community so be mindful about what you're saying and who you might be saying it to.

Posts can be NSFW tagged; comments can't. Therefore:

• Posts with adult themes MUST have a NSFW flair
• All comments should not be OVERTLY suggestive
• Protect the safety of other joppers and yourself.

Mods will remove graphic comments or posts missing a NSFW flair. Repeat offenders may be banned depending on severity.

Rule 4: No sensitive topics (Banned topics update: Use of AI)

We'll remove AI generated content, memes, GIFS etc unless:

• It is official content from an idol or their company (e.g. MADEIN debut MV)
• It came from another subreddit where OOP and jopper is not the same person
• It came from a 3rd party app AI (e.g. Grok, Google AI)
• Include evidence that you were NOT the AI generator (link, screenshot etc)

Reminder: X/ Twitter links are still banned.

Rule 5: No spamming + Rule 8: Posts must be relevant + Rule 9: Post titles must be circlejerk + Rule 10: Limit /uj ranting and commentary

Yes, this is a shitposting sub. But we're also a /cj community; not a message board. Due to an uptick in low effort content and karma farming posts and comments, mods may remove:

• Posts with similar themes/ jokes posted in the same week (recycled jops)
• Duplicated comments or multiple images/ memes/ GIFS in the same post from the same jopper
• Any posts/ comments with memes/ images/ GIFs UNLESS there is a /cj caption too
• Post titles, captions or comments with only, "Chin", "Lebanese", "Mother", "enhypenis7" etc, as they add NO value.

Mods have a low tolerance for:

• Comments that are disrespectful to OP e.g. "I'm not reading all that", "OP is ILLITerate", "OP plagiarised me"
• Comments from joppers that hijack a post to make it their own or mis-use the sub
• Posts or comments that attract serious discourse
• Irrelevant /uj comments

These are all engagement-killers and deter other joppers from wanting to read, post or comment. Mods may lock posts or comments without warning if it attracts too many violations..

Repeat offenders will be reviewed case by case.
