I have 5 stage filter RO water drinking filter. For many years it’s not cleaned or sanitized, wanted to check how to do you clean? More of is there any liquid that can use? Canisters has some brownish yellow thing inside. Appreciate any advise.
I have 5 stage RO filter. My previous home owner passed this to me.
It was not clear what RO brand it is.
So called a plumber who replaced all 5 filters with clean pure brand.
Last year as I didn’t find this brand I ordered APEC brand(APEC Water Systems FILTER-MAX-ES75 75 GPD High Capacity Complete Replacement Filter Set For Essence Series Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System Stage 1-5)but only 4 filters fit perfectly except last one coconut carbon filter doesn’t fit, see issue with connector.
I’ve searched all over internet and see this clean pure stage 5 filter available only on this website
Not sure if it’s legit site, please provide your suggestions
