What is the best secure email payment company?

Hey all,

I started my REP business at the beginning of the year. My current method of collecting payments is just sending the client a text invoice, and having them use various digital payments such as Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, or mailing me a check. This usually isn’t an issue, but with some of my clients it’s like pulling teeth to get them to pay or the check gets lost in the mail so I figured that using a company link Stripe would be easier for the client to pay their invoices. Who do you all consider the best email payment company and why?

Thanx, and have a great day!

What POL filter do you all recommend?

Recently I’ve been shooting HDR and use a Carl Zeiss POL filter (circular) but have been noticing it causes heavier blooming and possibly adding lens flaring here and there depending on the overhead light source in the room. What filter do you all recommend, or is this just what typically happens with these type of filters?

Thanx!

Is it appropriate?

Hey all!

So we live in a world full of competition. I recently had a client use a different photographer for a property which is completely fine. I wasn’t able to meet the service they needed (measuring square footage). Honestly they were the first client that asked me for that type of service out of all the years I’ve worked as a REP. I usually see the agents themselves doing the measurements. Any who I was wondering in your alls experience if and when this happens is it appropriate to ask a client who they ended up going with so you can see what they offer, pricing, and quality of work?

Thanks!

How long does it take you all to edit HDR photos?

I’m new here so sorry if this question has been asked before. I’m thinking about switching to HDR and shot my first house using that technique the other day. I did the editing myself and it took about 3 hours. Towards the end I was developing a flow so I’m sure over time I can reduce that by quite a lot, but just so I can get a general idea how long does it take a seasoned editor to edit a set of HDR photos for a small 3 bed 1 bath 1500sqft property? Thanks!

What tripod do you all recommend?

Hello to all sentient creatures!

I’m in the process of changing up how I shoot REP and need a solid tripod that doesn’t slip and locks solid after adjusting even when cycling through the cameras menu settings. Danke!
