Podiatrist checked me out said I have foot pronation gave me some stretches for my calves and called it a day.

This was over a year ago and I’ve been back a couple of times, last time he prescribed some some custom made orthotic insoles. The problem is they’re so huge and chunky they don’t fit in any of my shoes and the ones they do they cause really sharp pain on my mid arch and heel.

In his defense I have very thick and muscular legs, his explanation was that the leg muscles pull on the foot and that’s what causes this.

I’m out of options. Worst part is not even my dress shoes fit correctly which I think is largely due to the pronation.

Horrible joint and muscle pain. Advice?

I was started with 30 mg daily for 4 weeks, currently taking 60 mg a day, (2 30 mg tabs daily). I’m on the heavier side weighing around 230 lbs. I take the accurate with fatty meals and drink a lot of water and around 720 mg of omega 3 with it every-time. Around the second week is when I started to notice the lower back pain, this happens specially when laying down it’s horrible for the first 5 minutes. There’s also the Neck pain when laying down. The worst part isn’t even that it’s the ankle pain, specifically the Achilles tendon. I live in NYC so I walk a lot and even when I walk for short periods of time I take my shoes off when I get home and I immediately have to sit down. My body feels so heavy all the time too since I started taking it and I’ve definitely noticed a lot of mood swings and depression symptoms. I’m taking 2200 mg of omega 3 a day and it helps with the dryness but not with the body pains
