a week ago, i started posting on Instagram. But i was not an easy decision, i literally thought what if my friends find out.

I was also insecure abt my looks and the background, but recently i realized that the main problem is how i speak and sound on camera.

that's why i am here to ask who has already gine through this phase or a pro at speaking/yapping on camera.

ik already some generic advice like to practice consistently, so plz tell me abt HOW to practice not only what.
