i personally LOVE cafe flat!!! cafe seesaw is up there for me too. i finally got to try cafe blue again after some years and i see why it's so popular

i was hoping to become an elementary school teacher for this school year but pretty much every single principal i spoke with at the job fairs for my county said they wanted to see me sub first for experience (not just for them, but for me to know which grade level i prefer). absolutely fair!! i was in no rush but people kept telling me i could get hired without experience so that's why i was trying lol
so after a lot of waiting and back and forth interviews, i went through orientation earlier this week and have now been able to start selecting assignments for subbing!!!
i've managed to grab 4 half days, all elementary. my first one is this monday for fifth grade. trying to have a positive mindset instead of being nervous LOL. i'm sure there are people here in this sub doing the same so i just wanted to make a post where we could discuss :)
i currently have a full-time job with the only weekday off being monday. otherwise i'm working 2pm-12am. so i'm trying to grab any morning half shifts tues-fri and anything for monday. also start my MAT this tuesday online!!! let's gooo
