Is the support team running on one person lock in a basement ?
I have opened in late january/february a support ticket regarding a security issue on the website.
So far I had 2 "reply to the message if you still have issues" and one probably AI response that have nothing to do with the ticket.
How can this support still be a mess, it's been over a year of complaint and it seems that it is run by also no-one, I don't know how they expect people to keep buying their product
