Does anybody have any experience commuting once a week Windsor to London for work?

I'm considering taking a job in London and while it is mostly remote, I am obligated to go to the office once a week. Currently living in Windsor and I know it takes roughly two hours to transit. I don't mind the long commute and the cost for it since I can catch some extra Zs during the ride.

Are delays are frequent for VIA rail? I'm trying to gauge how much buffer room I need to give myself for the commute to and back.
