I’m seriously considering starting a business in the food & beverage industry, and the more I learn, the more I realize how much I don’t know and if I’m being honest… it’s scary. Not just because of the financial investment, but because I have zero experience running a business.

So I have a question for those who’ve actually built a business.
If you could go back to day one, what’s the one piece of advice you’d give yourself? What’s the mistake that cost you the most time, money, or stress? And what do you wish someone had warned you about before you started?

How much money is “enough” to start?
Should you wait until you feel ready, or do you learn as you go?
How do you know if the risk is worth taking?

I’m not looking for generic business quotes—I want the kind of advice that only comes from real experience.

Men Oʻzbekiston fuqarosiman va yaqin kunlarda Isroildan Oʻzbekistonga qaytmoqdaman. Men bilan birga ikkita uy toʻtiqushimni ham olib ketmoqchiman.
Hozir juda murakkab vaziyat yuzaga kelgan. Isroil davlat veterinariya xizmati xalqaro veterinariya sertifikatini rasmiylashtira olmayapti, chunki ular Oʻzbekistonning vakolatli veterinariya organidan uy toʻtiqushlarini Oʻzbekistonga olib kirish talablari nimalardan iboratligini bilishmayabdi.
Biz bir necha bor elektron pochta orqali murojaat qildik, telefon orqali bogʻlanishga harakat qildik va turli davlat idoralariga murojaat qildik, ammo hozirgacha hech qanday javob olmadik.
Balki sizlardan kimdir:
uy toʻtiqushlarini Oʻzbekistonga olib kirish bo‘yicha rasmiy talablarni bilarsiz;
rasmiy javob olish uchun qaysi tashkilotga murojaat qilish kerakligini bilarsiz;
veterinariya xizmati, bojxona yoki boshqa davlat idorasida ishlarsiz;
yoki avval qushlarni Oʻzbekistonga olib kirgan boʻlsangiz iltimos tajribangiz bilan bo’lishing.

Iltimos, bu mavzuni siyosiy munozaraga aylantirmaylik. Men bu yerga faqat yordam va hujjatlar bo‘yicha maslahat olish uchun murojaat qildim.

I need to take my birds to Uzbekistan from Israel. But Israel’s state vet don’t know the requirements of Uzbekistan, to issue a health certificate. We tried to contact Uzbek authorities via email to ask their official requirements, but they are not answering at all. Please help me with any official information you have regarding health certificate for parrots to travel to Uzbekistan. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
