1. If the package is tampered with and repackaged during transit (please record a video as evidence if this happens). We only stick one shipping label on each package. If you find two shipping labels on it, the package has most likely been opened and repackaged.

2. For orders with long lead times, such as customized orders, due to the production and delivery cycle, we will first send a dummy/empty package with a note inside to inform you that a second package will be sent separately later.

3. The item may get stuck under the box lid, please check the packaging carefully.
