My electric bill is due next week. If I don't pay it will get disconnected. I'm not in the US.

Hi, I just created a gcash account for my mother but she can't use the option 'Send' because it's not yet verified. Getting system error when trying to verify using an ID. She's already finish with the selfie. We already waited 24 hours but still getting 'system error'.

Please help.
