Hey, I’ve been working on a side project for a few months now and I’m at the point where I genuinely don’t know if I should keep going or if I’m wasting my time.
I noticed that in a lot of smaller manufacturing companies nobody really knows where an order is at any given moment. The floor manager walks around asking people, everything runs on paper or Excel, and somehow things are always late or fall through the cracks.
I built something that solves this without needing an IT department, a consultant, or a six month rollout. Think small business, not enterprise.
Prototype works, the tech is solid. Now I’m trying to figure out if anyone would actually pay for this or if these companies just prefer to live with the problem forever.
Do you know this issue from companies in your area? And what would your first move be to actually get in front of real paying customers, not friends or family?​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Hey, ich arbeite seit ein paar Monaten an einem Nebenprojekt und bin jetzt an dem Punkt wo ich ehrlich nicht weiß ob ich weitermachen soll oder ob ich meine Zeit verschwende.
Mir ist aufgefallen dass in vielen kleineren Produktionsbetrieben niemand so richtig weiß wo ein Auftrag gerade steckt. Der Meister läuft durch die Halle und fragt nach, alles läuft über Zettel oder Excel, und irgendwie ist trotzdem immer was zu spät oder geht unter.
Ich hab dafür was gebaut das ohne IT-Abteilung, ohne Berater und ohne halbjährige Einführung auskommt. Gedacht für kleine Betriebe, nicht für Konzerne.
Prototyp läuft, Technik funktioniert. Jetzt frag ich mich ob da jemand wirklich Geld für ausgeben würde oder ob die Betriebe das Problem lieber einfach aussitzen.
Kennt ihr sowas aus Betrieben in eurem Umfeld? Und was wäre euer erster Schritt um wirklich an zahlende Kunden ranzukommen, nicht an Bekannte sondern echte Betriebe?​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
