I already know that Han will get a S-rank seal or something. But my question is how in normal circumstances should characters get it.

Of course Han can use a whole bunch of overpowered equipment and etc but when it comes to even top 5 strongest of Niflheim it is hard to imagine that anyone of them could win against someone of the same power as ancient black dragon when they were 4 stars. Of course they could use a plenty of weapon as well but when they were like a 4-star I don’t think Loki already had that much S rank weapon

So my question is what are theirs seals and if they have something overpowers than how the hell Loki managed it?
