I got an all-electric heat pump offer from an installer through Vaillant. I actually have two questions:

1. Is the price, 16301 Euros too much?

2. Chatgpt suggests to request room-by-room heat loss analysis by the installer but, it sounds me too much to expect, is that a common request?

The details are 109 m2 3 floors. Only ground floor has underfloor heating. And tbh, the attic was cold in the winter with gas as well.

What other alternatives would you suggest?
