Roast my wine practice app — first minute + table vs practice split
Sensium is a practice app for getting sharper when two wines feel similar, and a fast grape reference when something unfamiliar shows up at dinner.
I built it because I still freeze with the label hidden — even after years of caring too much about wine. Peak low: dinner in Malta, Girgentina and Ġellewża, half the meal on my phone instead of talking to people.
Two modes on purpose:
• Table — open a grape: how it usually tastes/smells + the one tell that sets it apart
• Practice — look-alike pair drills, side-by-side Compare, Blind coaching on aromas / regions / winemaking terms / your own mistakes
Solo maker.

Roast the first minute: what confuses you, and does the table-vs-practice split make sense or feel like a mess?
