Hi, just writing to ask anyone whos volunteering or planning to if they’ve heard back from their organisation what shifts they working, or any news up to this point?

I applied to My Cause UK in January and got an email back saying I’m part of the crew. Also got offered the chance for early shifts but still pending.

Anyone in a similar boat with My Cause, please let me know if they’ve told you anything else or when we’re expected to hear more back, like when shifts come out and who we’re working with etc.

Hi guys, next week I’m starting my 2 month long travel holiday, starting in Japan and finishing in Cambodia, and I’d like some advice on what the best route is, for both convenience and being cost-effective.

For context, I head on June 3rd to Tokyo and leave August 6th from Cambodia. The main ones I wanna visit are Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.

The only trouble is that my girlfriend is in Bangkok for the day on July 13th, and it’s the last time we’ll be able to see each other before she moves away for a while. So it’s necessary that I’m in Bangkok for then.

Thought it’d be best to ask here, so any advice or recommendations in the slightest would be massively appreciated. Thank you so much!
