Ultimates should not be charged up faster by getting hit instead of being the one hitting

I was in ranked a few minutes ago when I came across THREE seperate players and all of them were on their first kd and on half health, you woulda thought my ulti woulda been charged fully by then but apparently setting up your ultimate with a kd and lights and heavies means nothing when you can just get hit, wait for a perfect dodge and get an easy knockdown, I could have 3-0’d all of them bruh😭💔

Hello Iam an inconsistent ubg toxic player hunter and occasionally post them here, now meet Guts, guts here is a douchebag that decides to use shotgun, a style that can be a terrifying pressure fighter especially against new players, but, instead of fighting people his level or higher, he fights people with below 200 kds for example masamang damo here, mind you his was above 1k, and instead of maybe giving them tips to improve or js a quick ggs, he decided to Hakari on them, so I knew then he had to get his shit rocked, I got into a fight with him, and instead of a quick bow or a good luck, he death notes me, I fuck him over twice, and when he was low enough, I used my ulti, then he ragequit short after, moral of the story never be a dickhead especially if u dont know what they might be going through

This chud of a specimen was being toxic to the whole server, so I decided to 1v1 him, he was maining bullet, and then he used the seahorse on me, and the photos pretty much explain everything he rage quit a grand total of 2 times and left shortly after
