I am 14 months post-gastric sleeve. I have become obsessed with food in a way I never have been before. I binge eat again, just in smaller amounts. Then I wait for the abdominal pain to go away so I can eat more. I was down over one hundred pounds and have gained back 35.
I need help and I don't know what to do.
I'm curious about a potential treatment plan based on these mri results. I know that everyone might have differing opinions, but I thought I'd see.
Pt is 19yo female cheerleader, shoulder pain x1yr. No specific injury. Pt develops occasional anxious tic causing her to grind joint. Feels like it might be dislocating during overhead lifting. 1 round of PT has resulted in pain relief at rest but not during exercise.
