Just watched something interesting about cold sparging.
I’ve always been someone who would sparge at 168f-170f. That’s just what I’ve always done as I have learned that it was an optimal temperature for sparging. Does anyone go with a cold sparge? https://youtu.be/G6c0-72T8fI?si=TYNB5gJMB8cPmupz
