Looking for the following, open to others that are not on this list but would like the best recommendation.

Mountain luxury town
100 guests
$400k wedding weekend budget
Under $40k set fee all in travel etc will not entertain % based model.

Design forward- light/airy, natural, organic luxury, textures, editorial but guests experience & fun in mind.

I love being outside in nature and we got engaged in a beautiful mountain town. For our wedding we wanted to lean into that.

We are worried about our wedding (120 guests) being fully outdoors in a Mountain town. This would be basically a ranch style with fully ground up tented build.

We would be bringing in the bathrooms, electricity etc.
the mountain town is around 80° highs and lows of 50° in the summer. We are planning on doing a sailcloth tent and elevated nice bathrooms.

The wedding ceremony would be completely uncovered 3/4pm and then reception from 4-10pm.

Have any brides or vendors who have done this style wedding comment on logistics and comfortability for guests. Since there is no “indoor” part of this venue, the most covered parts would be under the tent. We may provide fans etc but TBD.

I would love any honest feedback good or bad if it was worth it. Imagine big wow backdrop of mountains and scenery. They spray for bugs 4 times a summer, but we plan to spray right before again.

Any thoughts?
