I've been in the fandom for about two years now. I read probably like, idk 40-50ish fics from other fandom before I started reading any dsmp works. As I've been reading a massive amount of fics, there's this one phrase that I see in like half the works and I just want to know, is it just a popular phrase to you use in fanfic, or is it like just super prevalent in our fandom?

The phrase I'm referring to is "insert character popped the p"

That phrase is lowkey a reader ick of mine so seeing it so often is like exposure therapy. Maybe one day I'll even like it lmao 🤣

I love fantasy, but I tend to like the stories with older men as the protagonists. Robin hobb is my goat but ive almost finished all her books. Any recommendations would be appreciated :))
