Im trying to make a pcb for a gameboy advance to use on pc emulators. This will be my first pcb. Any advice for a program to use to design it and advice on how to approach this project like what controller board to use.

hello I'm trying to light up 2 book shelves with ws2812b led strips with the length being 264 lights and powering them with a magWLED controller. It's not getting as bright as I'd like is there a way to inject more power or should I buy more controllers for that length.
