Would you move to China in 26/27 to build an e-commerce business?

A bit of background: I lived in China from 2014 to 2019, speak Chinese, and worked across different industries before owning a company specializing in import/export mainly home appliances. During that time, I was also running local e-com using the COD model and doing quite well
Last month I visited China again, and it got me seriously thinking about going back and starting a dropshipping business targeting the "Big 4" (US,UK,CA,AU) + Western EU and the Nordics
My rough plan: since I'm already familiar with the Chinese ecosystem, I'd base myself in southern China (close to Hong Kong) and set up a company there in HK which would give me access to a wide range of payment gateways
So my question is: is this plan still viable/worth it in 2026–2027?
I'd really appreciate insights from people with hands-on experience,
