future career prospects?

Currently at a 3L at a T14 above median. I have a position at a biglaw (V50) firm lined up after grad in their patent litigation practice.

Basically, when I got the 2L summer position as a 1L I turned down an offer at a V20 and a callback at a V10 because I kind of didn't know what I was doing + I just meshed more with the people who interviewed me at the V50.

After going through the summer, I now understand the reputation my firm has among other large law firms, and I am concerned no future employers will take me seriously when they see I worked at this firm right out of law school. This is not to say I want to work at a higher ranked law firm purely as a function of it being higher ranked. I would happily work at a lower ranked law firm that is well regarded in the industry.

Have I totally ruined my career trajectory by not knowing what I was doing as a 1L? Is there any potential for me to move into a firm with a better reputation?

Any and all help is appreciated! thanks in advance

EDIT: firstly, I appreciate all the insights. second, I realize this is coming across pretty gunnery and I apologize for that. I think I was just concerned after hearing about my firms reputation and wanted some advice. I have no lawyers in the family so I am still figuring out the whole biglaw world and I learn new things every day. just trying to do my best
