have a mending villager. I’ve traded with one once and then broke the job so it would come back to my base but then it lost its job. Google told me if I traded with it then it wouldn’t loose its job but for whatever reason it did. After another hour I got another villager with mending but I’m scared to break the job block. How do I get it to keep permanent job.
For context I work as a pediatric dental assistant. I did not go to school I did my certifications through an internship through a general dentistry office. I was hired almost 4 months ago. I make 19 and hour. I was hired around the same time as two others who went to school. They make 22 an hour. My problem is that my work load has significantly increased. While there’s has not. Both of them have had to be retrained twice I have not. They have trained me and put me in OP rooms (crowns, sealants, fillings.) instead of recare (cleanings only). The two girls aren’t allowed in OP rooms because they are once again back in training for cleanings.
I work 11 to 12 hour days just to make sure things are in order and I have my stuff together for the day/week. I’ve been told by the doctors I work for that they are so glad I can pick up on things so quick and am reliable. But the money is not enough for my work load I’ve been given.
I know I’ve been there for almost four months but 19 an hour for working my ass off, just two see two others need continuous training and call out all the time make more than me is frustrating. Is it too soon to ask for a raise? I’m sure it is but I’m not quite sure how to navigate this entire thing or if it’s something I just have to deal with.
