Dating shows have a good amount of attractive cast, but what makes one of the cast more attractive/interesting to others?

I'm particularly interested to read some explanations about Jang Cheon (HS1), Kim Ji-young/Shin Min-gyu (HS4), Shin Seulki (SI2), Lee Gwan-hee (SI3), Lee Si-an (SI4), Kim Go-eun (SI5), Lee Na-yeon (TL2), Park Hyun-ji (TL4). What differentiates them from everyone else?
