Standing water on flat roof!
Hi everyone! I just bought a home that has a flat roof with drainage problems. I believe it’s due to the pitch not being correct and getting water to the gutters, so it settles and then leaks in to the house. Any ideas on how to fix? Should I get reinforced sealant and then try to fix the pitch somehow? Any advice would be appreciated!!
