I quit a month ago but I feel the addiction creeping back in

Everytime I drink coffee I get angry. I quit for 2 weeks, then each week I started having it once a week. Then once every 5 days. And now once every 4 days. I feel myself slowly going back to possibly drinking it daily. Im in control of it but I feel like I need it for regulation. I get a feeling of happiness when I first drink it, and then I get stressed and angry.

I only drank 1-2 cups a day but my symptoms intensified over the years

When i first started drinking coffee at 15 years old I almost had no symptoms besides a little bit of IBS and some anxiety. 10 years later I started experiencing severe constipation and diarrhea, severe anxiety and stress, skin issues, urinating a ridiculous amount etc. I would trick myself into thinking it was okay if I had 1 cup a day, but caffeine built in my system over time. Do not make this mistake.

Ladies - anyone notice a difference when they don't have caffeine on their period? I feel like I notice less caffeine induced cramps. My cramps are still heavy but I used to get them directly after drinking any coffee.
