EBC + Cho La — 2027 planning
Hey guys,
Just like many others (I guess), I’m really overwhelmed by all the different options for trekking to EBC with one additional, more challenging route. From what I understand so far, I think Cho La is a pretty good option to spice things up a little ;)
I’m planning to do this trek in October/November 2027 and I’m really unsure whether to book a whole trip with an agency or do the trek with a local guide.
The agency I currently favor is “Adventure White Mountain” since it is local and the maximum group size is 6 people.
Adventure-wise, I think it would be even cooler to gather some people and book a private guide together. Does anyone have tips on how to find people interested in doing the same, or is this already the right place to find a cool group? :)
Also, how would I find local guides and/or porters?
