I'm lost! Help! Moving to LA
Hey everybody,
I'm moving to LA with my wife and dog. We are in our mid 30s and she got a job in Culver City. We don't have kids but we want to.
We are looking for a calm/family friendly neighborhood, we don't care about commuting 45 mins to Culver City and our budget is 4.2k for a 1400 sqf (2-3 beds) home (could be apt or a house as long as very vey safe region).
I heard people saying to move to Los Feliz, Santa Monica, Hermosa/Manhattan Beach or even Hawthorne or Inglewood. Most people also say to avoid the Valley.
But I haven't spoken with a lot of locals and that's why I'm here LOL. Am I missing something? What do you all suggest? THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!
