Are these mouse droppings? I smelled it up close (I know) and it smelled like poop (I know)
Any leads/thoughts? Found two separate droppings on the floor near the toilet. Didn’t think it’d be my girlfriend or my poop since it’s so small?

Can anyone tell what’s going on here? It will suddenly swell out of nowhere and tighten up/get very tender and is super debilitating. Only on my left side. This has gone on maybe once or twice a month since November of 2025, so approximately 7 months. This last time has been the worst one to where I can’t really walk/sleep well in any position.
Did an Xray the first time and they said it was “defective cartilage” lmao. For context as well I had my severely arthritic hip replaced on the same side because of genetic osteoarthritis in the hips in all the males of my family, done at 27.
It doesn’t seem to be brought on by anything specific. Wondering how I can mitigate the impact and prevent flares going forward. Usually more activity or less? I’m pretty active and only 33.
