Olmsted County early voting locations, dates, and hours

Olmsted County Elections Office

• Location: 2122 Campus Drive SE, Suite 300, in Rochester
• Dates: July 24, 2026 – August 10, 2026
• Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. – Saturday, August 8, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

 

Rochester City Hall

• Location: 201 4th St. SE in Rochester, Conference room 104
• Dates: August 4 – August 10, 2026 
• Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. – Saturday, August 8, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

 

The Capstone class for my graduate certificate was canceled for low enrollment, so I got placed in an Independent Study to replace the course.

I had a very brief phone conversation with the prof, he told me to wait for instructions in the LMS, and look for a calendar invite for a weekly check in. Neither happened. No other instructions beyond "make it publication level"

I'm now starting week 3 of 8 with no communication despite my several attempts at phone & email contact. Department told me to just keep trying as hes on sabbatical next year and left the country.

I've read a number of papers, sketched out a report outline, and put together the code.

Where do I go from here? Just put it all together and email it to the supervisor?

I'm supposed to be working on my MS thesis and this vague project is chewing up all my bandwidth.

Better than Powers and more experienced than Zastrow.
