Just a dump of random art

Decided to finish my 1883293 wips from the past few months and also post some old stuff!

 1. (and 2) Finished some old drawings of saphira and thorn based on some references! they are both super young here, the equivalent of dragon teenagers i'd say (poor thorn forced to grow at 2x speed)
 2. Eragon doing boring paperwork like taxes and stuff, Saphira just chilling because dragons don't believe in bureaucracy <3
 3. young morzan and brom aurafarming
 4. bonus oromis reminding everyone elves do pilates and have perfect posture
 5. queen arya outfit idea
 6. how long do you think it will take arya and fírnen to resign from their jobs and go to mount arngnor where all the fun stuff is happening
 7. my take on why murtagh didn't ask for help with bachel (100% factual and true)
 8. remembered the final scene of book 1 which i think is also the only scene where murtagh and non-comatose arya shared the screen lmao (zoom in and also sorry for my writing i can't promise it will get better)

Brisingrposting

I made the mistake of rereading a lot Brisingr chapters these past few days and it has so many great scenes!!! it's really my fav book so obviously I just had to dump all the art I made on here :P Specifically the arrival of eragon's elvish guards (one of my all time favorite scenes and top 1 nasuada funniest moments to me) and the dwarves' politics drama where eragon reaches unprecedented levels of haterism (CAN YOU BLAME HIM)

it was so fun to design some elves, i took some liberties because their description is a bit too generic and i wanted to give the guards a distinct look (at least for the six who are named in the books); regarding blödhgarm, i always imagined him like a combination of a na'vi and Beast from the x-men lol maybe he's supposed to look less elvish??? also. shoutout to those victoria secret's models runway playlists on youtube bc they are all i've listened to while working on the elves art, they really got me into the mood i'm serious!!!!!! anywaysss enjoy!

Campfire gossip short comic

Turns out having a newfound half-brother comes with unsolicited opinions about your uneventful love life :/

This started out as a silly sketch and somehow turned into an overly complicated lineart and coloring practice (and quickly evolved into a ten days hell lol)

As a big fan of the campfire scene with Roran and Eragon at the beginning of brisingr, I wanted to give my own personal rendition of an hypothetical equivalent scene but with Murtagh.....(as always most of my art and rendition of the characters are not to be taken seriously <3)

On Elves' hair color

Soooo i searched on here for info on the elves' hair colors but couldn't find a precise answer. While reading the books i always imagined some elves to have tawny, blonde or brown hair in addition to the canonically mentioned shades (black and silver). Has the Namer ever confirmed this?

This is for art purposes ahahaha

Parents art megapost

Hello! some days ago i started making art about eragon and murtagh's parents. Unfortunately what started as a simple character exploration ended up as a legit lockdown/rabbit hole so yeah. proper portraits of Brom, Morzan and Selena followed by a whole bunch of nonsense lolll

Some important points!!!

 • yes i know technically Brom is supposed to look more raggedy (since jeod says in book 1 that he didn't change much in appearance in like fifteen years) BUT consider this: bro fought a rider and his satanic dragon + pulled the fairest gal in the realm, he deserves to look cool as hell (and like many here jeremy irons as brom had long lasting impact on my brain so that was definitely a factor to consider). in this art we will pretend he aged 15+years as soon as he set foot in carvahall
 • HUGE fan of selena being a morally conflicted character, a complex woman that makes questionable choices in her romantic life!!!!! i love her your honor
 • please take these lightly i'm just a goober
 • i'm definitely making a part 2 to this because i have some training days in vroengard themed art yay

Main characters explorations pt.2

Okay so I actually locked in and did a lineup of *some* of the main characters approximately in between Brisingr and Inheritance!! These took me ages and I got the idea for the frames about 30 minutes ago so sorry if some sizing is messed up (for example I think Nasuada is not as proportionate to the frame compared to the others but we will all pretend you didn't see it!)
Anyways in order of appearance we have: Eragon, Arya (the only one i didn't draw from scratch bc i liked the original drawing too much lol), Murtagh (who gets his own goth villain frame), Nasuada, Roran, Orik and Oromis! enjoyyyyy

(also i posted this from my laptop and of course everything looks super dark and overly saturated from a phone screen arrghhhhhhh)

More Mount Arngnor headcanons

Just remembered how in Eldest, Eragon and Saphira would sometines swap places and take lessons with Glaedr and Oromis respectively. I like to think they tried this approach with Murtagh and Thorn as well but with *slightly* different results

(I'm over-exaggerating their personalities just for the fun of it lmaooo)

Eragon and Murtagh shenanigans on Mount Arngnor

Been thinking a lot about this ever since I finished Murtagh and the bonus scenes last week and I think I need a whole sitcom like this

(Excuse my poor skills with drawing dragons I'm trying to improve OKAY lmao)
