This might be so silly but anytime im in Victoria square THE DOME IS ALWAYS CLOSED! Why is this?!? I just got a flashback on my phone and the last time I was up in the dome was three years ago and anytime I’ve been in Victoria square receding whether it is a weekday or weekend it’s always shut?
