I took the NCLEX -RN last Sep.22, but til now I can’t access my account as it was restricted. Upon calling their customer service, my acc was restricted due to using multiple cards for scheduling the exam. I was instructed to email their customer service to explain why that happened? But until know, they still don’t have a response.

Did anyone had this experience before? Were you able to regain access to your account, or did you just waited for the final result?

Any response would help. Thank you!
