3wks PP - no fever or anything and not painful but the red area is tender to touch. I have an apron belly; wondering if this redness etc. could be from friction or moisture or if this looks more like infection I should get checked out? (I also have awful health anxiety so of course I notice this on 4th of July and am freaking out 😛)

The purple on the left is stretch marks, more referring to the redness on the right.
