MALS & Gallbladder/stone

I have had epigastric pain for decades, I have had a 1.7cm gallstone for less than a year. They have been checking my gallbladder for decades due to the location of my pain but it’s never gallbladder.
When removing my gallbladder, since it’s the only option I have, can MALS be visualized/detected? I have a note from the endo doctor to take many photos of my diaphragm to look for endometriosis, can the same be done for MALS detection from under my diaphragm? I have been advised it could be possible I have MALS with my significant history but never actually explored.

TIA

MRE today! L-hyoscyamine (Levsin) vs. glucagon

Took Zofran and Levsin last night. Levsin 4 hours prior to scan. Drank the breeze and took another Levsin prior to the test. They are always so confused when I tell them I am not doing the glucagon. If you take Levsin 20 minutes before when you were to be given the glucagon, there is little to no difference and I don’t feel like death the next hours and day. I believe because I have some adrenal insufficiency issues, sugar issues that I get the rebound from the glucagon.

All I know is it’s not a safe hour drive and if all I need is the Levsin - they will never use it on me again.

Think about it, when it’s administered you are supposed to put the person in recovery, not on your back in a hot tube while holding your breath.

I have Glucagon as an allergy - Drug reactions, side effect, allergy:
Started 1/1/2018
Hives, Diarrhea, Nausea And Vomiting, Palpitations, dizzy, hypotension - rebound Hypoglycemia, shakiness, sweating, pallor, dizziness, instability, hypotension, blurred vision - starting to black out, edge of vision closing to tunnel and later on a bit of confusion and agitation. Rebound Hypoglycemia. Feeling like I needed to eat but did get sick a few times before I came around both diarrhea and vomiting. Not safe for me to drive after this is administered for at least 1-3 hours of these symptoms and at some point later on several hours later it gets dicey again.

Crashed hard shortly after ended up sleeping for 6 hours and took a few days overall to recover.
