Undercooked chicken and d

On Sunday I went to a friend’s house for dinner and he made roast chicken. I thought the chicken was slightly suspicious so I only ate the tiniest bit of breast from the top. My partner ate more than I did but the breast we both ate was all white and clear juices. However afterwards our friend said he cooked the chicken for 45 mins in the oven which I know isn’t long enough for a roast chicken so I’m worried what we ate wouldn’t have reached safe temp. Anyway this was Sunday night around 8pm and it’s now Tuesday 10.30am. I have been fine and then this morning before I’d eaten anything I had a loose bm but not d. Then I was hungry so are some weetabix and milk and then almost immediately afterwards had d and it was actual d. This was about 20 mins ago and I haven’t been again yet. I feel absolutely fine in myself and didn’t feel unwell before going didn’t have stomach ache or n or anything and still don’t. But I’m so scared this is the start of something because of that chicken. Advice would be greatly appreciated.

Indoor to indoor/outdoor?

Hi everyone
Looking for some advice.
We adopted our two cats just over a year ago, ages approx 2 and 3, mum and daughter. They were rehomed as indoor cats by our choice - the adoption agency authorised this as they said they have the right temperaments for it however they weren’t advised as needing to be rehomed indoors. They had been at the centre for around 1 month and before that were found as strays living under a shed in a busy city. We live in a rural area in a very small village.
The mother cat is clearly very satisfied with indoor life, has an established routine etc and we built a lean-to catio which they can access from the kitchen window which she loves to spend most of the day in when the weather is nice.
Daughter on the other hand, is clearly much more adventurous and needs a lot more stimulation. I have noticed she is displaying behaviours of boredom. In our house we have 2 big cat trees, loads of toys, they have a hammock on our bedroom window and countless other things. There is nothing more we can do to make indoor life more enriching. But daughter just wants to go outside. Despite having little interest in the catio she tries to get out when we open the door. A couple of times has escaped but only gone to the end of the garden to sniff around and then lets us bring her back in. The other cats in our road don’t really tend to leave our road. I am in two minds about what to do - I read so many different views some saying it is dangerous and irresponsible to transition an indoor-only cat to indoor/outdoor life and some saying it can be done with careful planning. I know there’s always the risk but I don’t know that it outweighs her being bored and potentially unhappy being indoors for the rest of her life. I have considered starting with some supervised outdoor garden time with treats to see what happens but I just need some advice. Mother clearly isn’t interested in going outside whatsoever so I’d leave that option up to her. Any advice greatly appreciated!
