New User - Help with Initial Flow

Hi!

TL;DR: As the title says, I'm brand new to Power Automate and I'm looking for a little guidance to help me create this first flow. PA is asking for certain information that I just don't understand, specifically what the "key value" means, and my Googling hasn't provided any clarity. If anyone could help to clarify, or even just point me in the direction of a reliable learning resource for newbies, I'd be so grateful. I'll describe the gist of the flow below.

I am attempting to create a flow that sends a weekly email to each of my students with a summary of that student's progress (in this particular case, it's demerits).

I have an Excel file with 2 separate tables on the same sheet. One table has each student listed, and if they've earned demerits, those are listed with dates, descriptions, number of demerits, and a link to the student handbook (which is on another sheet in the same Excel file). If a student earns demerits in more than one instance, the table gets a new row added each time, meaning a particular student may have a few individual rows pertaining to them.

The second table is a simplified running tally of each student's demerits, so each student is only listed once regardless of how many times their name is on the first table.

I would like PA to send a weekly email to each student with a summary of their demerits, and I've been playing with a flow that would simply show them their running total each week (but I haven't been able to get it to work). Preferably, I'd love it if PA could create a kind of summary sheet that shows each student's individual offenses as well as their running total. I'm wondering if that's something I need to do in Excel instead, and then reference the individual student's table for the weekly email in PA. Regardless, I'd run into the same issue with terms specific to Power Automate that I just don't understand.
