Jane Eyre is definitely one of my favorite novels this year, I enjoyed it immensely. Which made me even more excited to watch the movie adaptation, I really had high hopes .

I don't know if it's normal for anyone who read the book beforehand, but I thought it was very rushed (understandable since it ought to be limited by time). My biggest issue however was the acting , i just didn't feel THE PASSION ,it was very hard for me to see how , when or if they've fallen in love with each other . Especially in the last scene , feels like we were robbed or Mr Rochester's expression of remorse ,relief and happiness to finally have his Jane back .

If you've seen it do share your thoughts . I'm also wondering if other adaptations did a better job .
