What is rhythm between green and red markers? Is it ventricular? Are those capture beats? This is from Holter monitor (not mine)

Coworkers said it was flutter. I’m seeing possible capture beats, taller left ‘bunny ear’ and wide beats in areas slower than narrow beats within the run, so a slow VT? One thing throwing me is the S waves on the narrow ‘capture’ beats not looking exactly like the sinus beats. What is your interpretation?
