It was my first time riding the LRT alone today and honestly, my experience at LRT 2 Cubao was very disappointing.

I just asked nicely where the exit to the mall was. I approached a female security officer. But instead of helping me, she answered me by shouting “WHAT?!” 😐 Like… did I ask nicely?

Then he pointed me up the stairs. I thought that was the right way, but it turned out that it was going to the Antipolo side. Luckily I noticed right away and got off.

Then the next question I asked was “tell me which mall you are looking for because there are many malls here” hahaha then when I said it was my first time, he suddenly guided me on how to exit

if you are a first time commuter and you are greeted like that, it is really discouraging. I get that they might be tired or busy, but part of their job is to help commuters, right? They're not going to yell at you.

I hope this attitude can be addressed, because I'm not the only one who can experience this.
