Hi, I am planning to do seletar loop (outer) but have some questions. I am unsure if I am allowed to cycle on this stretch of road leading from Piccadilly to seletar link, as the road leads to tpe on one side. Anyone have cycled on this stretch of road and is it legal? Thanks
