On the hunt for photos of Canterbury in the mid-90s to early 2000s

Does anyone have any photos of town from back in the day? Particularly interested in Planet Laser (inside/out) or the back of the old M&S where is Whitefriars now. Also Lancier which used to stand behind it.

Niche ask I know, but worth a punt

Surely it’s not just me who has noticed this…? But why do Japanese drivers often seem to forget to switch on their headlights at night?

Almost everyday as either a driver, cyclist or pedestrian - I see people forget to turn on their headlights and constantly remind them. In my home country this would be a highly punishable offence, but since it’s so common here I wonder how strictly it’s enforced.

It’s super dangerous, and to see it in the middle of a busy city like Tokyo - even on the 高速道路 is frightening. Had anyone else clocked this, or am I going mad?
