Need help regarding PG owner withholding my money in Bangalore

Hi everyone,
I’m new to Bangalore and currently staying at a PG in Vasantha Bhavan co-living BTM. Around 1.5 months ago, the owner borrowed ₹50,000 from me saying her sister’s marriage got fixed suddenly and she urgently needed help. I trusted her because I was new here and didn’t expect this situation to happen.
Now I was supposed to move out today and had already informed her multiple times in advance that I would need my money back before leaving because I need it for the deposit of the flat I’m shifting into.
The issue is — she still hasn’t returned the money and has been delaying continuously.
Current amount pending:
₹33,000 remaining from the borrowed money (50k - adjusted rent)
₹2k–3k PG deposit also pending

Payment proofs
Reminders and conversations clearly showing the borrowing and repayment promises
I’m honestly stuck right now because I need this money urgently for my new place and I don’t really know how to handle this situation in a city where I’m still new. Should I just call the police?
