Louis Vuitton really charged me for the carry out bag!!!

The other day I bought a passport cover at Louis Vuitton and the SA walked me to the door with my carry out bag. I honestly thought it was such a nice luxury touch and great customer service.

Then I checked my receipt later and noticed they charged me $0.15 for the carry out bag. 😂

Obviously I don’t care about the 15 cents, but really… Louis Vuitton really? lol

Please tell me I’m not the only one. Sometimes I leave my Louis Vuitton boxes unopened for weeks because I want to wait for the perfect moment to open them. Luxury girlie problems. 🤎👜✨

One time my SA called to ask how I liked my purchase and I told her I still hadn’t opened the bags yet 🤣 She sounded SO surprised and said if it were her, she would’ve already opened everything immediately.

Hi everyone! I recently purchased a Louis Vuitton Sarah wallet and had it shipped from a store that was pretty far away since it wasn’t available locally or online.

When I received it, I noticed the inside logo/stamping looks a little different from the one shown on the website. The color of the logo also seems off to me, and now I’m wondering if that’s normal or if I’m just overthinking it. 😅

Has anyone else noticed variations in the inside stamping/logo on the Sarah wallet? Do the website photos sometimes differ from the actual production batches?

I’ve been trying to order an item from Louis Vuitton for a while now, but the experience has been frustrating. My SA at the nearest store kept telling me she’d be out of town. I followed up on the date she said she’d be back—no response.

I reached out again today, and she said she wasn’t in the store and that someone else would contact me. I asked if that would be today… and again, no response.

I ended up calling LV directly, and they told me the item is out of stock, but they’d call me back to check other stores. Didn’t receive a call back.

At this point, it just feels like really poor communication and customer service. Not sure if I even want the item at this point. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
